Ted wants to keep real estate real. After 14 years with Windermere, he has found the best way to do that is to follow two simple principles:
1. Know your people
2. Know your stuff
Real estate is a client-first business. Ted’s clients can attest to that. His dedication to providing real, professional, integrity-laden expertise to his people is second to none.
His drive to stay on top of the latest trends, stats, and legal issues pertaining to real estate strengthens his ability to equip his clients to make educated, confident decisions throughout their buying and selling processes.
Ted also likes to mix in comedy with his professionalism:
“You don’t really get to know someone until you start laughing with them. I’ve found that I learn more about what’s important to my clients and that they learn more about real estate once we start laughing together. Plus, we usually have a pretty good time!”

Experience

Ted has represented clients in countless situations over the past years. He has sold single family homes, condos, town homes, and multi-family homes ranging from Kent, to Port Orchard, to Mountlake Terrace. He has represented clients in short sales, estate sales, and sales where the Seller wanted to kill the deal. Each transaction is different and presents new challenges and opportunities. It’s beneficial for buyers and sellers to work with someone who’s been put through the fire.

Reputation

It’s important to have a good reputation. Ted has worked hard to develop a good reputation inside and outside the industry. For example, he's been highlighted as a “5 Star Real Estate Agent” by Seattle Magazine. He's also been nominated by his peers to represent them as both a “Senior Advisor” within his office as well as his office’s representative on the Windermere Standards of Practice Committee. He's also been selected by management to interview and mentor new agents coming into the business. Both his colleagues, and his clients have recognized him as an outstading agent. About Ted

Ted is a Washington state native and has lived in the Seattle area over 15 years. He has been with Windermere since 2003. Outside of real estate he is the husband of an incredible woman named Sarah and the proud and thankful father of two highly energetic children who like to attack him.
